A stylish contemporary home it makes an ideal base for golfing, family and beach holidays. There are three Oceânico golf courses within walking distance and Vilamoura's marina and golden sandy beaches are just a few minutes drive away.

The villa is furnished and equipped to the highest standard with the accommodation spread over three floors. All the rooms are light and airy and the villa is air conditioned throughout and has a fully backed-up alarm system.

On the ground floor the entrance hall opens on to a very spacious open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge is beautifully furnished and has a modern, contemporary feel. It boasts an LCD TV and high definition satellite TV, a state of art music system giving you access to over 8,000 songs at the touch of a button and wireless broadband internet.

Also on the ground floor the kitchen is very spacious and modern. It is fully fitted and equipped with everything you could need. It opens out on to a covered barbecue area- ideal for al fresco dining. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the first floor there are three large bedrooms, all en-suite. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have access to a particularly large sunny terrace and the third bedroom has its own terrace.
